Oyster Mushroom Babe has many colours, this is our Blue Oyster! Her tall, gilled mushrooms start as tiny little button heads which blossom in to glorious trumpet-style shapes as they mature.

They usually grown in clusters on dead wood, but can be easily cultivated for food on sawdust and other easily accessible materials! Oysters a beloved worldwide and it's easy to see why!
